We always start by discussing your needs and requirements directly with you. We feel that direct 1-2-1 communication is the best way to help us get a true understanding of what it is you’re after. We will cover the timescale and budget for your project and we will arrange a site survey at a time that is convenient to you.

During the site survey we will discuss in much more detail your needs and wishes, we will be taking measurements and photographs to help us with planning and designing your project. Depending on the type of project, we will recommend suitable, locally sourced materials to use. This will take into account a whole host of factors, such as the local area, environment, conservation and not forgetting local authority planning guidance and requirements!

Following our site survey we will contact you again within 5 working days with a no obligation, written quotation. Depending on the size and nature of the project, we can advise you of local bodies and grant-distributing authorities who may be able to assist with funding.

Should you agree to our proposals, we will arrange for the sourcing of materials and products required and we will also confirm the timescale for the project and clarify the daily working patterns. Following a Health & Safety induction, we will commence your project, holding regular reviews with you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the progress to-date and with the quality of work done thus far. We always ensure the site is left safe & tidy at the end of every day.

Sometimes requirements change during the course of a project. Should you wish to make some changes we will happily revise our initial quote to you (whether it be an increase or decrease in budget) and we always commit never to undertake any changes until you agree to them. At the end of the project we will clean up the site and remove any waste materials. Only when you are completely satisfied with the outcome will we sign the project off.
